Our property in Tuscany, is situated in panoramic position, between Firenze and Arezzo.
The hospitality comes offered in two various buildings :
A 18° century villa with its romantic garden, offers to a stay much comfortable. It’s divided in two communicating apartments, composed of a large sitting room/dining room, two well furnished kitchen, others two sitting room, 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.
Both the apartments of the Villa have been furnished in a very comfortable way with high quality furniture, antique or created by the able Tuscan craftsmen.
The heated swimming pool offers the possibility to use the pool also in late spring or in early autumn. The waters can be at 25°-28° on May, or in September and beginning of October.
A splendid farm house of 18° century in stone, with two great apartments, one to the ground floor, the other to the first floor, everyone with large sitting room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The swimming pool, in fantastic sight on the valley, offers to our guests a very relaxing and agreable holidays in Tuscany.
Service available at Catarsena: Access to internet, satellite TV and a DVD player, maid service (on request), barbecue, tables and chairs in the spacious gardens.
Excursions to Near cities of Tuscany and of Umbria: Florence (65 km), Siena (90 km), Arezzo (35 km), Assisi (120 km), Perugia (120 km).
